Stopped in here to get tires rotated and balanced. I was greeted promptly when I walked through the door and the guy took me in right away and told me they’d be ready in 45 minutes. Love the service love the customer service at the stores wonderful experience.

Appointment times apparently don't mean much. Waited nearly an hour and a half for them to rotate tires. I think I could have done it faster in my own driveway.... I had an appointment. I arrived on time. Was told 1223 completion time. They hadn't even started it when it was supposed to be completed. Then they didn't tell me my vehicle was ready while I was waiting. I received the text and waited for something. After 10 min I asked them why I was still waiting. It was bc I opted for the free alignment check. It was going to be an additional 30 min supposedly. I left. Appointment times apparently mean nothing. I'm not impressed.

All of the employees were friendly, helpful, and made the hassle of tire repair and replacement far less stressful. Their customer service was excellent from start to finish. I also had a tire warranty, and there were absolutely no hassles with the replacement process, they made everything effortless. They got me in quickly, ordered what I needed right away, and had me back on the road in less than 24 hours. I really appreciated how smooth and stress-free they made the whole experience. Highly recommend!

Update: I had to come back today because I had a blowout. It was the same tire they fixed yesterday.... Although it was a sidewall blowout.... But, They completely took care of me! Replacement free with the certificate of replacement free! And got my car RIGHT IN! I take back my review of yesterday as they took very good care of me today! Appreciate y'all! I came in cuz I was loosing air and needed a rotation since I purchased my tires here. Arrived at 10:33am. Was told my vehicle would be done by 12:45pm and was 5th in the queue..... At 12:45pm my car hasn't been touched and there are still 5 cars in front of me! They keep putting other people in front of me!!!!

Went in to get a small leak fixed on my tire (Front Passenger). Specifically state that if it cannot be repaired to not attempt since I wasn’t losing more than 1-2 PSI in a couple of days. They reassured me that it was an easy fix. Fast forward to an hour later I get a call that they have ran into some “complications” and that they have ruined my tire completely. They blamed it on the machine they use, but later disclosed that it was done by one of the employees that was new and hasn’t been there long. Now I’m out a tire and they cannot get a replacement till 5 days later (Perelli Scorpion) . They put on my spare but when I stated that spare tires shouldn’t go on the front of the vehicle due to the weight and how unsafe it is. Again, they stated it would be fine (had to go to another shop for them to rotate tires around and move spare to the back)… to add more salt to the wound, my wife’s car has an ALL WHITE interior and they decided to not wash their hands OR wear gloves before driving it out and stained it (picture of employee trying to clean it).. I asked for a manager and was told he was on lunch, but that I can speak with the assistant manager. I agreed to speak with the assi
